Derek and Kristi were two of the most amazing people to work with. I HIGHLY recommend Fete photography for any of your photography needs. They are amazing people and their photos are incredible!! You cannot go wrong with Fete. My husband and I want to work with them again in the future because we had such a great experience with them on our wedding day. I would definitely use them for your wedding or engagement shoot. ALSO, your pictures will be magazine worthy, they are that good!

We LOVED working with Derek and Kristi! They shot our engagement photos a year ago and just recently shot our wedding. Not only do they do an amazing job taking photos, but they are fun to work with! Never having done a "photoshoot" before were nervous about how to act, they were extremely patient and directive with us to ensure our pictures turned out awesome! Our engagement photos turned out better than we could have imagined and the "sneak peek" photos we have received from our wedding are fabulous! Every time we thought to ourselves, "That would be an awesome photo op," we would see Derek or Kristi snapping their camera. They seemed to capture every moment we want to remember for the rest of our lives. We would highly recommend Derek and Kristi!

Picking a wedding photographer is such a personal decision. We couldn’t have made a better choice picking Derek and Kristi. They managed to photograph my daughter’s special day so beautifully it’s hard to find the words to describe. Not only did they capture the moments you would expect a photographer to capture, but they caught some of the most detailed, sweet, intimate moments between my daughter and her new husband so unexpectedly it took my breath away. They didn’t miss a thing and it was wonderful to see everything we had worked so hard to put together on film in such a beautiful way. We will cherish these photos forever! Your work is truly an art. Choosing a photographer was the most important decision for us when selecting vendors for our wedding. Derek & Kristi's photography was stunning, so the decision was easy. Our only concern was, because we live out of state, how easy or difficult it would be to connect and relate with our photographers or communicate about how our day would be captured. Derek & Kristi quelled this fear early on with a clear and open phone call, wherein we were able to discuss the venue, their familiarity with the space, and what we wanted from their services. D & K were very polite and were great listeners, and there was never a moment where we weren't sure if we made the right choice. They showed up on time on our wedding day, worked quickly and courteously, and were extremely reassuring as we awkwardly posed in front of strangers with cameras. In the end, the photographs were INCREDIBLE and we could not be happier for choosing Fête to capture our big day.

Please, please, do yourself a favor and hire Derek and Kristi!! These two were beyond wonderful to work with. Their talent and style of photography is unlike anything you've seen before, and to top it off, they are a couple of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Our wedding photos (May 2014 in Savannah) were nothing short of excellent — we’re still getting compliments on them almost three months later, which says a lot for Fete’s gift for composition and authenticity. I work with photographers every day in my job (I have a kind of a high standard) — and I thought all of our photos were just totally awesome. That’s not to mention the fact that by the ceremony, we felt like Derek and Kristi were our friends (seriously). I mean, how many people keep in touch with their photographers after the ceremony? O.K., I’ll keep it short — can’t recommend them enough. Talented, professional, thorough, friendly — all that and more. Great work, y’all.

We used Fete Photography for our Charlotte wedding and the photos were absolutely amazing! Derek and Kristi were wonderful to work with. Hire Fete Photography they wont disappoint!! They were a favorite "vendor" to work with because they were so responsive, professional and kind. We were thrilled with; our engagement pictures, Chinese tea ceremony pictures and wedding pictures. We adore their style and sharp eye for unique and artsy shots. Most of my relatives neglected to show up for portraits(including my grandparents) but I was pleased to find that Fete grabbed many candid photos with these important individuals. Photos were particularly important to my Husband and Fete did not disappoint. Fete worked with us and our crazy ideas including great canoe pictures!
