Price Guide

This price guide applies to weddings within a 100 mile radius of Myrtle Beach. This includes Charleston, Wilmington NC, Murrells Inlet, Pawley’s Island, etc.

➔ If you need one photographer start with Base Package 1. If you need 2 photographers start with Base Package 2. You can always add on hours or a second photographer after you sign a contract!

➔ All packages include Derek or Kristi as your primary photographer, hi-res digital images, printing rights, plus a password-protected online printing gallery.

Pricing + Booking Questions

• How much is the retainer fee to reserve my date?

It is a flat $1200 and that is applied to your total package price so your remaining balance is less the $1200 retainer fee

• Do I have to pay South Carolina sales tax?

If you are a resident of South Carolina, yes, you have to pay sales tax on the total package amount. If you do not live in SC then it is not applicable to you.

• We want to book you but we're not sure how many hours of coverage we need...

Not a problem! You can always book 6 hours (the minimum for 1 photographer) then add on time later at $300/hr as you begin to finalize your timeline. 2 photographer collections are $400/hr for additional coverage.

• When is my final balance due?

Your final balance will be due 60 days prior to your wedding date

• Do you travel for weddings?

Yes, domestic and international! Travel rates vary on location.

• Can you hold our wedding date for us?

We receive multiple inquiries for dates so we have to do 'first come, first serve'. To reserve your date it we require a signed contract and retainer fee ($1200). If you love our work and want to book us we recommend securing your date sooner than later :)

• How soon after the wedding will our photos be ready?

Your photos will be ready 6 weeks from your wedding date. We will e-mail you your online gallery with a download pin. You can also share the gallery link with family and friends so guests can easily view and order photos.

• Will you take getting ready/prep photos?

We definitely can and do so often, but keep in mind that will usually require booking us for at least 7-8 hours of coverage. Our minimum package (6 hours) would most likely not cover getting ready/preparation photos.

• Does it change the package price if you give us less photos than what is listed?

No, the amount of photos you receive is an FYI and not a high priority in our pricing structure. It could take us more time to curate your images if we had to cut down on the photos we give you. We can't charge less for less photos and we don't charge more if we deliver more than the amount stated. You'll get about 65-80 photos for each hour of coverage you book.

• How many photos will I get?

It varies on how many hours you book, if you have 1 or 2 photographers, and logistics of the wedding day. But you'll receive about 65-80 photos for each hour of coverage you book.
